Beaver Moon Tea: Single Origin Oolong

Beaver Moon tea is hand picked and crafted in small batches. It is darker and more richly oxidized than many Taiwanese-style oolongs. Its spicy, biscuity and peppery aromas give way to a full-bodied, nutty richness with hints of caramel and malt that feels particularly suited to the darker days of November. A cup to linger over as the evenings grow longer.

By November, autumn has deepened. Leaves are falling, temperatures are dropping, and the landscape is beginning its quiet preparation for winter.  That sense of preparation and settling in is the inspiration for this extraordinary tea. 

Ingredients: Organic Oolong Tea

Instructions: Use 1 teaspoon (3g) of tea per 8oz water. Water temperature 180F/82C. Steep 4 minutes or to taste. Re-steep and enjoy again
